Clear terms, no surprises
Everything you need to know before you book, in plain language. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms, so please take a few minutes to read them.

Driver requirements
- Driver age
- Drivers must be over 25. Younger drivers: [policy for drivers under 25, if offered]. Maximum age: [age, if any].
- Driving licence
- Every driver needs a valid licence held for at least [X] years. An International Driving Permit is required for licences issued in [countries].
- What to bring
- A passport or national ID card, every driver’s licence, and a credit card in the main driver’s name to hold the deposit.
- Additional drivers
- You can add other drivers for 9.30€ per day. They must meet the same age and licence rules.
Payment & deposit
- Paying for your booking
- Pay online by card, PayPal or Google Pay. [Payment schedule: full payment online, or a deposit online and the rest at pick-up].
- Security deposit
- At pick-up, the main driver needs €806 available on their credit card. It’s refundable and released after the car is returned in the same condition. Cash and debit cards aren’t accepted for the deposit.
- Accepted cards
- Mastercard and Visa.
- Currency
- All prices are in euros and include all taxes.
Insurance & protection
- Basic protection
- Included. Partial cover for damage to or theft of the car with an excess (CDW). A credit card deposit is required.
- Super Cover
- 9.30€ per day. Adds cover for towing, key loss, breakdown and admin charges, with an express return procedure.
- Ferry cover
- 9.30€ per day. Required if you take the car on a ferry. Protects the car from damage during the crossing.
- What’s never covered
- Personal belongings, cleaning fees, and flight or accommodation bookings. Damage caused by [excluded situations, e.g. driving under the influence or on unauthorised roads] is the renter’s responsibility.
Pick-up & return
- Opening hours
- Our offices are open every day from 07:00 to 23:59, with 24-hour drop-off.
- Arrive on time
- Collect your car at your booked time. We hold it for [X hours] after that, then it may go to another customer.
- Flight delays
- Add your flight number when you book and we’ll track your arrival. [Policy for delayed flights].
- Different drop-off location
- You can return the car at a different location. A one-way fee may apply and is shown before you book.
Fuel & kilometres
- Fair fuel policy
- Return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up. [Charge for missing fuel].
- Kilometres
- Unlimited. No extra charge for the distance you drive.
Extras
- Child seat
- 3.00€ per day, for children from 9 to 36 kg.
- Infant seat
- 3.00€ per day, for babies from 0 to 18 kg.
- GPS navigation
- 3.00€ per day.
Cancellations & changes
- Free cancellation
- Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up.
- Late cancellation
- Within 48 hours of pick-up: [fee].
- No-show
- If you don’t collect the car and haven’t told us: [policy].
- Changing your booking
- Changes to dates, car or location depend on availability. Any price difference is charged or refunded.
- Refunds
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [X] business days.
Traffic fines & responsibilities
- Traffic fines
- Fines received during your rental are the renter’s responsibility. [Admin fee, if any].
- Using the car
- [Rules on prohibited roads, off-road driving and taking the car off the island].
Secure payments
- How we protect your payment
- Card payments are processed by [payment provider] using encrypted connections. We never store your full card details.
